In a Florida slip and fall case, the potential responsible parties would be anyone or any company that were any way liable for the dangerous condition that caused your injury. Examples of that would be, it was in a store. It can be the owner of the store or a tenant or the landlord. If it was in someone’s home it would be the owner of the property or the tenant and the owner. If they have property insurance or homeowners insurance then the insurance company could also be liable. It would just depend on what parties had any kind of ownership or renting the property.
