Say that one thing that makes us stand out from other law firms is that we truly understand how serious clients see their cases, and we make sure that we respond to their questions and concerns as quickly as possible. For lots of complaints from clients over the many years I’ve been a lawyer that their attorney won’t answer their calls, they won’t return their messages, they I won’t call them back and they won’t give them a status of the case.
We make sure, which we would anyway, that we always respond to clients the same day if possible, within 24 hours, whether it be by phone, email, text, depends on how they contacted us, and we let them know the answers to their questions and we try and alleviate their stress, deal with their concerns and let them know that we are working on the case. Let them know what the status is when appropriate, and let them know what we think so far.
If we need any information, we’ll call them to get that. Even if we’ve answered their questions a few times before, we understand having a case can be stressful, so we don’t mind answering the same questions again, going over the case, making sure they understand what’s what’s going on.
