What is negligence and how does it affect my accident case?

Negligence is essentially what is looked at as the type of … well, it’s basically the law that allows you to recover for an accident. You would have to prove that the other party is liable to you for having done something that was essentially wrong. They violated some obligation to not cause injury to you or to prevent you from being injured. By doing that, you were cause injury, you have to prove what the injury is whether it’s serious or not, what types of injuries you have and that’s how you show the value of your case or the amount that you should be compensated for the injuries that you have in the case. Negligence is the theory that you use legally in most types of accident cases and you have you prove that to be able to recover in your case.
