If you are injured at the home of a neighbor, who did invite you there for a party, you could potentially have a lawsuit against that neighbor and their homeowners insurance. The issue would be was there a dangerous condition that existed there, at their home, or their yard, or on their property, that they knew of or should have known about, that they did not take any action to correct or remove, and you were injured because of it. You definitely could have a case. You would just have to prove that, that they were, in that way, negligent, and prove your injuries.
